Supplier qualification

Sasol Italy has implemented a supplier qualification process aimed at managing the company Vendor List. This process consists in evaluating, verifying and monitoring the technical and managerial capacity, the ethical, economic and financial reliability of a supplier.

Sasol Italy privileges suppliers with certification UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 issued by Bodies whose validity is recognized. In addition, Sasol Italy selects suppliers capable of guaranteeing references and skills also relating to compliance with the internal Code of Conduct, and all the current regulations regarding safety, protection the environment and occupational hygiene; in particular to the specific requirements dictated by Legislative Decree 8 June 2001 n. 231 and the Organizational Model adopted by Sasol Italy SpA.
